Artevo Booking Guidelines

Welcome to Artevo Aesthetics! We’re so glad you’re here. Below you’ll find the terms that apply to our booking guidelines. We’ve written this in plain English to keep things simple, clear, and aligned with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) guidelines.

  • All appointments require a deposit.

  • If you cancel, reschedule or make any changes within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee which is 100% of your deposit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse you an appointment if you have more then two failure to attends recorded and will remove you from our services.

  • Deposits paid are non-refundable.

  • Pre-paid treatments are not transferable to other individuals.

  • Pre-paid treatments will be forfeited if you do not attend and give 24 hours notice.

  • Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • We do not refund or exchange products for change of mind, only if the product is faulty.
