Artevo Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, bookings, consultations, promotions, and gift vouchers provided by Artevo Aesthetics. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service or voucher, you agree to the following terms.

1. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
1.1 Booking Requirements
  • All appointments require a booking deposit.
  • Deposits are required to secure your appointment time.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
1.2 Arrival & Attendance
  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
  • Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment at our discretion.
  • Failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or treatment fee.
1.3 Right to Refuse Service
Artevo Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service where:
  • A client has repeatedly failed to attend appointments
  • The treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe by the practitioner
  • Required forms, consent, or medical disclosures are not completed
2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, at our discretion.
  • No-shows or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of deposits and/or charges for missed appointments.
  • Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings or requirement of full pre-payment.
3. CONSULTATIONS & TREATMENT SUITABILITY
  • All cosmetic treatments require a consultation prior to treatment.
  • Treatments will only proceed if deemed clinically appropriate by a qualified practitioner.
  • Suitability is based on medical history, expectations, and safety considerations.
  • Artevo Aesthetics does not guarantee results, as outcomes vary between individuals.
  • We comply with APHRA guidelines and all relevant Australian health regulations.
4. PRICING & PAYMENTS
  • Prices may vary depending on treatment area, product used, and clinical assessment.
  • Pricing may change without notice.
  • Payment plans (e.g. Afterpay, ZipPay) may be available at the point of payment.
  • Full payment may be required prior to, or on the day of, treatment.
  • Package and course payments must be used within the validity period and are non-transferable.
5. REFUNDS & CONSUMER LAW
  • Artevo Aesthetics does not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Refunds may be issued only where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Faulty retail products may be refunded or replaced upon assessment.
  • Completed treatments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
6. PACKAGES, PRE-PAID TREATMENTS & COURSES
  • Pre-paid treatments and packages are non-transferable between individuals.
  • Packages must be used within the specified validity period.
  • Failure to attend booked sessions may result in forfeiture of that treatment.
  • Missed or expired sessions are not redeemable or transferable.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS
7.1 General Use
  • Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Artevo Aesthetics.
  • Vouchers must be presented at time of booking or appointment.
  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.2 Expiry
  • Gift vouchers may not expire (as per current Artevo policy), unless otherwise stated at time of purchase or promotion.
7.3 Restrictions
  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with some promotional offers unless stated.
7.4 Booking & Cancellation
  • Standard cancellation policies apply to all appointments booked using gift vouchers.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in voucher forfeiture.
(Recommended Addition – Best Practice)
  • Partial voucher redemptions should retain remaining balance unless otherwise specified.
  • Voucher balance should be tracked by the clinic system for transparency.
8. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS & DISCOUNTS
  • All promotions are subject to availability.
  • Offers must be used within stated timeframes.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • Complimentary services included in offers must be used at the same appointment unless otherwise specified.
  • Artevo Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
9. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and contraindications prior to treatment.
  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in cancellation of treatment and/or fees.
  • Treatments may not be performed on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding where clinically contraindicated.
  • Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided.
10. LIABILITY & CONSENT
  • Written consent is required prior to all treatments.
  • Artevo Aesthetics is not liable for outcomes resulting from non-disclosure of medical information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • Clients accept that cosmetic outcomes vary and individual results are not guaranteed.
11. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS (RECOMMENDED ADDITION)
  • Client information is collected and stored securely in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Personal information may be used for booking management, treatment communication, and marketing (where consent is provided).
  • Clients may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
  • Artevo Aesthetics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The most current version will always apply.
