  • Yes. We will guide you to the most suitable treatment for your skin and aesthetics goals. Your monthly Facial can be booked at a time that suits you, subject to appointment availability.

  • We understand life happens. Please contact our team as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Our usual cancellation policy applies. If you give is 24 hours notice, you will retain the treatment credit.

  • Membership benefits are designed for the individual member and cannot be transferred unless approved by our team.

  • To cancel or freeze your membership, please complete the form using the link below. Our Customer Service team will process your request as soon as possible and send you an email confirmation once it has been actioned.

    Please note that we require 2 weeks notice for all membership cancellations.
